Booking Your Experience

Booking an adventure with Hot Finds Experiences means immersing yourself in a journey where support and connection are always within reach. Whether guided by a passionate host, reaching out to one of our trusted partners, or navigating a self-guided adventure, you’ll always have someone available throughout the day. Each experience is unique, and every host or partner brings their own style of hospitality—but no matter the format, you can count on thoughtful care and a reliable point of contact throughout your experience. Our advice? Bring your best self and embrace the adventure of a lifetime!

Can I Reserve a Trip Before Booking

You’re welcome to reach out with any questions before making your booking. In some cases, we may offer a pre-approval for your selected experience, confirming availability for your requested dates and guest numbers. However, pre-approval is not a reservation. Your place is only secured once you pay the deposit and receive an official booking confirmation from us.

Pre-approvals are granted on a case-by-case basis and require direct agreement with our team. Contacting us does not guarantee a reservation offer.

Planning an adventure for a group?

It’s easy! Simply select the number of people in your party when booking. For larger groups (typically 10+), we recommend reaching out to us directly. Group size limits vary by experience, and contacting us beforehand allows us to make any necessary arrangements—whether that means adjusting logistics, ensuring your group stays together, or accommodating the specific needs of a larger group.

If you’re a smaller group or a big group looking for something more personalized, we also offer custom experiences to make your trip even more special.

Cancelling Your Reservation

Our cancellation policy is structured into three tiers, based on when you cancel your booking. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Within 24 Hours of Booking: Cancel with a 0% cancellation fee.
  • More than 30 Days Before Trip Start Date: A cancellation fee of 20% applies.
  • Within 30 Days of Trip Start Date: Cancellations during this period incur a 100% fee.

We’ve designed this policy to be fair and transparent, keeping in mind the planning and resources that go into preparing for your adventure

Cancelling Due to COVID-19

In the face of COVID-19, we understand that travel plans can be affected. Here’s our policy:

  • Full Refund for Travel Bans: If you can’t travel because of a travel ban, you’re eligible for a 100% refund.
  • No Refund for Personal COVID-19 Circumstances: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if you test positive for COVID-19, or if you’re denied entry into the country due to vaccination status.

We strive to balance fairness and flexibility in these uncertain times, while adhering to public health guidelines and travel regulations.
